I really enjoyed being able to do online learning before going in person to practice the skills. Lucas C. And Chris (I’m pretty sure that was her name) were the instructors and both were excellent. Lucas is very engaging and charismatic; this helped make the serious content fun to learn. Chris is a paramedic and used her real world experience to help us visualize what it’s like performing CPR and/or first aid on a real person. Overall, the course was great, the instructors were great and I feel pretty confident that I’ll know what to do in an emergency. read less

Peter went above and beyond to help learn this valuable asset. Peter made it fun, and enjoyable with his whitty jokes while being serious to learn to help what maybe required one day. I greatly appreciate him helping me, and guiding me thru some new processes and procedures that have changed since I have taken the course. I would recommend this facility for any and all training, wither it's for the work place or to simply get your CPR to have in the case of an emergency. I love the hybrid option to do the first part with interactive videos and modules. I have adhd and normally struggle immensely to focus on all of this information but that online portion was great for my brain type. I also enjoyed that it was very hands on and based in experiential learning. Great program overall. I absolutely recommend this above all others. read less

She has a relaxed style that enhances understanding and instills confidence. I would highly recommend her to groups of any age to encourage the use of an AED in an emergency setting. read less
