We understand that life happens, and we always aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Our Cancellation Policy helps us balance that flexibility with our commitment to providing a well-organized, high-quality experience for all participants. Please read the following carefully, and note that any stated fees in the cancellation policy are subject to applicable sales taxes.

Weekends & Evenings

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM EST. Please note that the Action First Aid office is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Please leave us a voicemail at 1-866-347-7824 x 0, or send an email to info@actionfirstaid.ca, and we will follow up with you the next business day. 

Extreme Weather, Special Circumstances, and Other Emergencies

The health and safety of our participants and our instructors is always our number one priority. Action First Aid reserves the sole discretion to waive or discount fees for rescheduling in special circumstances. 

For Individuals - Rescheduling and Missed Courses

If you need to reschedule your in-person training, please call our office at 1-866-347-7824 x 0 or email us at info@actionfirstaid.ca. Please note that 5 business days notice is required for all rescheduling. For courses rescheduled with less than 5 business days notice, or any missed courses, a $50 rebooking fee will be charged.

For Individuals - Refunds & Cancellations

Please note that refunds are not available for blended or online learning courses once the online learning component has been started. 

To receive a full refund for fully in-person training, or blended learning courses where the online component has not been started, 5 business days notice is required.
