Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Supporting the Mind at Work series?

The Supporting the Mind at Work series is a six-module workplace mental health program delivered through Action Total Health. Each module is 1-2 or 3-4 hours and can be combined or delivered individually over days or weeks.

Can the Supporting the Mind at Word series modules be delivered individually or must we take all six?

Modules can be delivered individually or as a series. The recommended sequence is Module #1 through #6, but organizations can choose the modules most relevant to their needs.

What is the recommended group size?

We recommend 15-20 participants per session for the best learning experience.

Are programs available virtually?

Yes. All workplace and youth-supporting programs are available via Zoom or in-person at your location.

Do participants receive MHFA certification?

No. The Supporting the Mind at Work series and Programs Supporting Youth are awareness programs, not certification courses. For MHFA certification, see our individual Mental Health First Aid course.
