What is the minimum number of participants for group training?
We typically require a minimum of 5 participants for private group sessions. Contact us to discuss options if your group is smaller.
Can you provide training at our location?
Yes. We offer on-site training at your facility anywhere in Ontario and also across Canada. Our instructors bring all required equipment and materials.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on instructor availability.
What is included in group pricing?
Group pricing includes instruction, all equipment and materials, electronic certificates, and participant manuals. Contact us for a custom quote based on your group size and course selection.
Can training content be customized for our industry?
Yes. We can tailor scenarios, examples, and course focus to suit your industry, whether you are in healthcare, construction, education, retail, or another sector.
Do you offer weekend or evening training?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to accommodate shift workers and teams that cannot train during regular business hours.
How do participants receive their certificates?
Certificates are issued electronically and emailed directly to participants upon successful completion of the course. They are available to download and share immediately.
What if we need to reschedule?
