Instructors earn $23.50–$35/hr based on qualifications. Sales and office roles include competitive salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Real Career Growth

Many of our full-time staff started as part-time instructors. Paths include Instructor Trainer, Training Coordinator, Sales Rep, and leadership roles in a fast-growing business.

Positive Team Culture

We're a family-run business that genuinely cares about the people we hire. Expect encouragement, good energy, and teammates who love coming to work.

Flexible Scheduling

Full-time, part-time, and contractor options. Teach as few as a handful of courses a month or up to 40 hours a week — built around what works for your life.

Additional Earning Potential

Instructors can earn extra income through AED sales, first aid supply referrals, and outdoor SaveStation placements — on top of their teaching compensation.

Meaningful Impact

Every course you teach could save a life. Our students leave with real confidence and real skills — and you'll hear about it. That kind of feedback changes how you think about work.
