What is the difference between an awareness course and a certification course?
Awareness courses are self-paced online programs that provide foundational knowledge and a Certificate of Completion. Certification courses require hands-on, instructor-led training and result in a regulated certification accepted by WSIB and employers.
Do online awareness courses meet WSIB requirements?
Online awareness courses do not replace WSIB-mandated first aid certification for most workplaces. They are best suited for supplementary training, policy compliance, and roles where regulated first aid certification is not required. Contact us if you are unsure what your workplace requires.
How long do I have to complete a course?
You are granted 12 months of access from the date of purchase.
Can I pause and resume a course?
